[1.20.1] Argounauts roles sync doesn't work

Steps to Reproduce :

1. Create new role with /roles open
2. Change role chunk claims
3. Add member to this role with /roles
4. See that claim count doesn't change for player

Description of issue : Argonauts-Cadmus claims count sync in singleplayer and plain forge server
