[1.20.1] Botania Sashes Lose Step Assist

Steps to Reproduce :

1. Start server on Mohist
2. Equip Soujoner's Sash, Globetrotter's Sash, or Planestrider's Sash alongside a source of mana (filled mana tablet, band of Mana)
3. Try to sprint and walk up blocks, does not work.

Description of issue : You can also try the same items in singleplayer to see the intended step assist up 1 block heights. I tested the same world in both a forge and mohist environment, issue only persists on mohist.
