[1.16.5] Rename and relore problem

Description

I cant Rename and Relore together 1 item. I can only Rename or Relore. I tried to use different plugins for renaming but it didn't help. And i tried to do this on Magma core and its works fine.

How to reproduce

1. /rename &dSwordOfTesting
2. /relore &eLegendaryTest and after that you will see that only the name has changed

But if i do the first /relore, then only the Lore will be visible
