Description of issue : When a player hits another player in the player's region (WorldGuard) or a player in God mode, damage is done to the player, but the damage does not pass

To Reproduce One player gets God mode through Essentials, the second one beats him One player makes a region (WorldGuard), and the second player beats the owner of the region or beats the animals in the region
