[1.16.5] Breaking some pixelmon blocks generates an error / crash the server

Description

When we break the pixelmon:fossil_display, with tools like the pickaxe or the axe, it generates an error or crashes the server. It doesn't generates any error when i break it in creative i posted the error on the pixelmon tracker but looks like its an Mohist issue. https://pixelmonmod.com/tracker.php?p=2&t=18729

i've tried various build 1055, 1070, 1072, 1073 the error is still here.
