[1.16.5] Server stops responding and shuts down after FTB backup is generated

Mohist Version : 1.16.5-1040

Operating System : Ubuntu 22.0 Jammy

Concerned mod / plugin : FTB Backups

Logs : Latest.log

Steps to Reproduce : Running automatic backup or /ftbbackup start.

Description of issue : Server lags out after a backup is generated (FTB Backups), and shuts itself down. I've tested it by manually creating a backup and the same thing occurs. We completely pre-generated our worlds last week, which resulted in FTB having to backup 17GB every 2 hours. This issue only started occurring after that, I'm assuming its something relating to the size of the files.
