[1.16.5] Pixelmon Commands missing '/' syntax

Minecraft Version : 1.16.5 Mohist Version : 1052

Operating System : I'm not sure what OS our host is using, but our host is ShockByte

Concerned mod / plugin : Pixelmon Reforged 9.0.5 : https://reforged.gg/ and LuckPerms : https://luckperms.net/download for bukkit

Logs : Unfortunately, I do not see the error happen on console.

Steps to Reproduce :

1. Setup perms for any pixelmon command for a default player. Ex. minecraft.command.pokeheal
2. Use command as a default player

Description of issue : Give all details about your issue I want to give permissions to those who are not OPed, I had used ArcLight as they don't have issues with commands but its been a buggy mess overall. I want to use Mohist as our server engine as it has not been giving us too many issues aside from that. The command works regularly as an OPed player but not as a regular player. The command comes back as command typed wrong, and I realized it acts like its missing a '/' syntax. I hope this is something you can fix and if not, its ok. Thank you for your time :)
