[1.16.5] [Clumps] Given way too much XP when mining blocks that give XP

Description of issue : Essentially when mining blocks that give XP once the XP clumps together it gives you an absurd amount of XP, sometimes in the thousands of levels. Possibly an issue with the mod clumps?

It's definitely an issue with Clumps.

I tested with vanilla ores and only clumps mod installed, got 454 levels from 10 diamond ores or something xD Mohist (900)

Can confirm that this is still an issue as of Mohist build 974 and 976

Having the same issue, using bottle o' enchanting and got 10,000+ levels, removed clumps mod and doesn't happen anymore. using build 1040

from my understanding this is because clumps and spigot's exp combining feature conflict with each other doing the same thing, thus duplicating a lot of the exp many times. only one exp combining tool should be used at once.
