Description of issue : When I die in the nether and reappear in the overworld I get stuck and I can't move, besides not being able to write anything in the chat and I touch blocks and they become netherrack or they break and give nothing. Thank you very much in advance. :)

It happens also when you go through End Portal in the End and maybe other interdimensional process of teleporting a player by killing him/her. Then, Server and Client need to restart to join. Here is the log log.txt

What mods do you have? Do you have extra hearts with mod Spice of Life: Carrot Edition
The problem seems to be on the mod Spice of Life: Carrot Edition. It also happens to me with Sky Bees Modpack 1.16.5
