[1.16.5] Dragons Survival Player can't get wing even if player send message in "the end" world

Operating System : Linux x64 3.10.0-1160.25.1.el7.x86_64

Concerned mod / plugin : DragonSurvival-0.0.36 for 1.16.5 (CurseForge)

Logs : Sorry, but no log or crash-report are shown.

Steps to Reproduce :

1. Become a dargon See "Reviews and guides" in mod's introduction
2. Go to "the end" world.
3. Send any message.
4. Player can't get wing.

Description of issue : Normally, when a player becomes a dragon, they can get wing through sending any message in "the end" world. But in MohistMC, it doesn't work.
