[1.16.5] Mana & Artifice Witch Hunter arrow, entity stack up quickly

Steps to Reproduce :
- Spawn a buch Witch Hunter
- Spawn a buch of other Mana & Artifice mobs (rival faction)
- Wait Witch fire mana-and-artifice:witch_hunter_trickshot shoot
Description of issue : Witch hunter may shoot slowness arrow to you or any other Mana & Artifice mobs (cause they are other faction to him). When those arrow are fired and touch anything, they ends up stuck mid-air with little bottle spining and stay until server restart. I'm playing on a mushroom island and hostil mobs don't spawn so there is pretty much only mana & artifice mobs ...
