Banner still doesn't load BKCommonLib (and related plugins)

Description

Basically, Banner still doesn't have support for BKCommonLib and dependent plugins. I talked to its author ( @bergerkiller ) previously, there is need to have remapping stuff (i think? he can clarify better than me) on Banner side to allow compatibility to happen.

Step to reproduce

1. Install Fabric loader 0.16.3 for Minecraft 1.21.1;
2. Install Fabric API 0.103.0+1.21.1;
3. Add this version of Banner on mods folder;
4. Add the latest versions of BKCommonLib and TrainCarts from their Jenkins pages to plugins folder;
5. Try to boot the server. Although it doesn't crash, it will not load both plugins.
