Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Cannot change the cooldown for each ability

Describe the solution you'd like Add a property in the config to customize the abilities cooldown when the player is survival mode

Describe alternatives you've considered Adding boolean in the config to disable the cooldowns in survival mode would be good
