Recording wallpaper

Here's a somewhat silly idea, change the wallpaper during recordings... I frequently take recordings of things on top of my regular wallpaper. But I noticed that which wallpaper I use has a huge impact on the gif's filesize. Since then I've been swapping my wallpaper temporarily when recordings, but this is quite a hassle.

Maybe a wallpaper that looks somewhat like the elementary OS beta wallpaper: elementary os beta blue More on those wallpapers

I'm not quite sure about the UI though, we shouldn't over-complicate this wonderful app.

I think it's the time to add "More options" button next to recording so we can add these ideas :D

One hurdle, the issue where the wallpaper wouldn't be applied https://github.com/elementary/gala/issues/13 is fixed.

Instead of replacing the system-wide wallpaper, maybe the app could create a rectangular, unicolor window at a low Z level that also serves as the recording area selection.
