Config option to force !important for highlight colors.

I browse the web with multiple css overwrites due to poor eyesight. Currently, the extension highlights do not show up due to the overwrites.

Thanks @d1st4nt , could you please provide a website where it doesn't work so I can implement a fix and test it

From what I understood is that you have custom CSSs for websites and when you click the highlight button it doesn't work because it is overridden by the custom css, is that right?
