Query groups by path

When querying groups by a nested path, the path in the url gets encoded. Keycloak is then not able to find the group and returns an error 404.

We have added a fix in our repo - which is working. However we are a bit unsure if there might be a better way to fix this. Hence we haven't created a pull request yet.
