Operating system may freeze on Xiaomi Redmi note / Redmi note 5 (Android 9 and earlier)

Due to misbehavior of the Xiaomi Redmi OS it is known of rare probability that Redmi device can be HALTED under extreme cases load and a usage of the device applications. Since HaMagen application uses CPU, BLE and Location services extensively it might increase the probability that the device will be HALTED.

So far the reports we got are focused on Xiaomi Redmi note 5. Please update us if you encounter the problem elsewhere. We'll update the issue title accordingly.
