This will help in case of large jump in the sicks at once (hopefully not) and the epidemiological investigation.

Enable load of the user history location after he/she verified as a (covid-19) sick/carrier.

Use token/password and the ID of local state (e.g Israel) to update only real sicks. (new api endpoint)

We appreciate your involvement! The motivation for the idea you raised is clear. We are looking now into solutions that will enable voluntary uploading of the location history of confirmed patients, while adhering to the privacy and security guidelines that we followed in the design of the application.

A suggestion was made to enable uploading to separate sources, for example, the epidemiologic team. To maintain privacy, this should not be done via API in the application but a separate upload function to external sources such as email or similar. In addition, strong encryption must be used.
