Group overrides for treesitter don't seem to work

My configuration is very simple for this plugin:

  group_overrides = {
    ['@property'] = { fg = '#DCDADC', bg = colors.vscNone },
    ['@interface'] = { fg = '#B8D7A3', bg = colors.vscNone },
    ['@structure'] = { fg = '#86C691', bg = colors.vscNone },
  }
})

I'm coming from VS22 and use this colorscheme since it's the most similar to it. Only the three changes above would make it pretty much perfect. But They don't seem to get applied at all. Am I missing something?
