"WarningMsg" fg is red

Is the foreground color of "WarningMsg" being red an expected behavior? Additionally, "ErrorMsg" is already red. I also noticed that the gui of "WarningMsg" is bold; is this expected as well? From my understanding, it should be a yellow plain text.
