Add Dark Modern and Light Modern variants

Vscode is introducing new versions of the default themes now called Dark Modern and Light Modern. Any chance they could be added as variants?

@mkblast - I have a plan to do it, but these days I am a bit too busy. If someone does it I am happy to merge, otherwise have to wait for a while.
