Better separation of UI options

For tracking:

Overhaul and separate the UI into more distinct components, allowing for more versatile options, such as:

1. Add ability to add in custom system hit point calculations for those systems who don't have HP rolling supported, but can now be added dynamically.
2. Enable enable/disabling on a per option category
3. Separate the Overlay to it's own distinct settings UI, allowing expanded options.
4. Better name management
