Feedback module to send info to support

Would like to be able to elicit feedback from users directly in the app. This should be simple - when users are prompted for feedback, should open simple message box where the user can type in information - whether it is error information or feature ideas or issues with the UX. Plan is to keep it simple at this point, can add more in the future.
