Does it support portable mode?

Yes, it does. You can download files from here: https://github.com/ModuleArt/quick-picture-viewer/tree/master/quick-picture-viewer/bin/Release And I am pretty sure that everything should work fine. But there is no specially prepared binary for portable mode. I think I will create one for the next release.
