Add Tests

While #3 Fixes the Repo failing tests, it only was failing a single test; the ONLY test.

This was enough for me to realize the package needed fixing; but if any functionality breaks here or from changes in other libraries it's difficult to pin down.

Relic-Game-Tool has a lot of moving parts; and a lot of separate functionality to test; Rather than have a single massive PR / Issue which doesn't ever get closed; create Sub-Issues and attach to the Project specified here.
