Bug: Keyboard lag when CPU usage is very high

I have discovered that this app causes significant keyboard input lag when CPU usage is very high - eg when playing modern games that are CPU-bound. This manifests itself as a delay on keypresses or sticky keys where a key is released but it continues to send its input for a short time (sub second up to multiple seconds). Upon closing the ModernFlyouts app, this problem is instantly resolved. The two games that manifest this issue most clearly are Death Stranding and CoD: Modern Warfare - both very intensive on CPU.

Specs: Windows 11, no TPM (installed using Rufus to remove requirement), i5-6600K @ 4.8GHz, 16GB, RTX 3070 Ti, NVMe SSD, all drivers up to date, GeForce Experience installed, frame rate capped to 140fps via nvidia control panel (144Hz monitor), Razer death stalker USB KB connected directly to motherboard
