We need more info, what os version etc.

Are you sure you didn't just accidentally trigger a volume change?

I got the same issue when extracting a zip file.

I have the 0.9.3 version of the app.

I have a surface laptop 3, with Windows 11 and the version 21H2

Can you try running "Create a shortcut" and see if it triggers the Modern Flyouts

I Managed to reproduce the issue on windows 11

Edition Windows 11 Home Version 21H2 Installed on ‎27/‎10/‎2021 OS build 22000.282 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22000.282.0

I have the same issue and I'm currently using modern flyout 0.9.3.0 and windows 11 pro 21H2, quite sure it's not windows problem since the classic flyout not triggered (when creating shortcut), sometimes restarting explorer.exe fix the problem (But after I restarted the app and or restart the explorer again the problem appear again)
