Bug: Flicker when the media is updated multiple times with the same values

Describe the bug: When using spotify PWA from edge, the media information seems to be set multiple times, causing the fade animation to trigger rpeatedly.

To Reproduce: Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install Spotify as a PWA in edge.
  2. skip or pause the current playing track.

OS Version:

  • Windows 10 Version: Windows 10 20H2 (19042.985)

ModernFlyouts Version:

  • Version: v0.9.3.0

I have noticed this issue with the media flyout in the Action Centre of Windows 11, so this really seems to be an issue on Spotify's side. It just appears more prominent on ModernFlyouts due to the animation.

I am not able to reproduce this issue on my side anymore.

@Yuuki-Walsh can you verify the same on your end?
