Feature Request: Automatically display flyout when audio device is switched

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe: No.

Describe the solution you'd like: When I switch audio devices, the volume is at different levels, and I like to know what the new level is. I think it would be helpful if the flyout automatically displayed for a few seconds when the audio output device was switched.

Describe alternatives you've considered: Normally, I would have to open the volume mixer to check the volume and make sure it wasn't too loud when I disconnected my headset.
