To install a certificate in the Trusted Root Certification Authorities store for the Local Computer in Windows 10/11, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Windows Run dialog: Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog box.
  2. Type mmc in the Run dialog box and press Enter. This will open the Microsoft Management Console (MMC).
  3. If prompted by User Account Control (UAC), choose Yes to allow MMC to make changes to your device.
  4. In the MMC window, select File from the menu bar and choose Add/Remove Snap-in.
  5. In the Add or Remove Snap-ins window, scroll down and select Certificates, then choose Add >.
  6. A pop-up window will ask which certificates you want to manage. Select Computer account, and then click Next.
  7. Select Local computer (the computer this console is running on), and then click Finish.
  8. Click OK to close the Add or Remove Snap-ins window.
  9. In the MMC, under Certificates (Local Computer), expand the Trusted Root Certification Authorities folder.
  10. Select Certificates under Trusted Root Certification Authorities.
  11. Right-click on Certificates, choose All Tasks, and then select Import.
  12. Follow the instructions in the Certificate Import Wizard to add the new certificate to the Trusted Root Certification Authorities store.

I tried installing the beta version 0.10.0.0 still persists. Nothing you do makes the modern flyout flyouts pop up. Only system defaults
