Before reinstalling Windows it worked, now it doesn't, I can't figure out what the problem is

Need to use the 2 downloaded resources here on the github. The installer from the store doesn't seem work.
Run the certificate first, Install Certificate > Local Machine > "Place all certificates in the following store" Look for "Trusted People"
Then install the Modern Flyout

Download this version and it will work Fine, if you face any issue let me know.
You can use the official one's beta and not virtualdevelopersgit's version.

Install the certificate then select Local Machine, Trusted People, Finish. Then install the app.
