Steps to reproduce

It randomly happens, sometimes it runs ok then I restart windows and it is not showing up anymore, then I had to reinstall it and it works again.

Settings menu shows up, but no flyout

edit: I tried to disable audio flyout, after that the app crashes then I relaunch it as administrator then It works for a once then I retry these steps and no longer flyout shows.

How is the installation done? I simply cannot install it due to the certificate error.
