i app is opening and i can change the setting and everything but the flyout itself won't show up when i change the volume or change song

Steps to reproduce
lowering down or up the volume or changing songs or pausing videos
✔️ Expected Behavior
media/audio flyout to pop out on the top left corner of my screen

flyouts won't pop up

i tried to download it from github however after i installed the cer. file and i got a successful install message but when i try to install the msixbundle it says the cer cannot be verified. i used to use the app from the microsoft store and the app works fine everything opens but the pop up itself does not show up. it used 2 tho....
Install the certificate in Trusted Certificates and it will work... you have to change it's location as it is installing in local Certificates.

when i try to change the path i don't see trusted certificates i see untrusted... i also see trusted people and devices
