Steps to reproduce
Every full boot or restart (with <Quick Start> turned off)
✔️ Expected Behavior
After setting the startup auto start, ModernFlyouts will be enabled upon startup without any trace (no pop-up window will appear, only icons will be displayed on the taskbar)
❌ Actual Behavior
After booting up, a settings window will pop up, just like a small advertisement

I wanted to see what version of Modern Flyouts are you using. Let it be.
As You mentioned that you are using Windows 10 22H2 (Windows 10 Pro for Workstations) if it is Right, then install Modern Flyout from here and then let me know if you still face the issue.

There is no problem downloading 'Modern Flyouts' from Microsoft Store, but its version number is quite old (0.9.1). This version in multiple monitors often don't work when used (I need to frequently plug and unplug the monitor). New version has good compatibility with this, so I will still use the new version.
It might be a Windows Compatibility issue of Modern Flyouts 10.0.0 version with Windows 10 22H2 Version, My Suggestion if you can update your system to Windows 11 23H2 or 24H2 it might solve your problem as I am using Windows 11 24H2 and it is working totally fine for me.
I hope it can be adapted to windows 10 Due to some well-known reasons and my usage habits , I have no plans to upgrade to windows 11 yet If there is anything that needs to be tested, I can help
