Steps to reproduce

Just unpin the Topbar Flyout option and increase or Decrease the Brightness it doesn't appear propoerly.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Even without Pinning, it used to open properly and works without any issue.

❌ Actual Behavior

With out Pining (unpinned TopBar)

After pining again (Even after pining it is not opening fully just like before)
