Exclude apps from the Audio flyout

Description of the new feature / enhancement

It could be useful to exclude some apps, maybe with an EXE list, from showing in the media buttons of the Audio popup

Scenario when this would be used?

After using the PowerToys' Peek tool the app continues to show PowerToys.Peek.UI as the first app every time you use the flyout. Since the Peek tool is not something you use to keep playing media in the background, it could be useful to just hide the app to prevent this from happening.

This is a pretty good idea. For now, if it shows up, you can click the 3 dots then press the checkbox to get it to disappear temporarily.
