Installing the application
Install the certificate into the Trusted People directory.
Can you please explain more where exactly this library is located?
- Does this application consume system resources? (I mean about the latest beta version)
- Is there a chance that installing the application will cause irreversible damage, for example in future Windows updates? Thanks!
- I guess, but isn't that every app? It doesn't overdo it if that's what you meant, at least compared to Chrome. 😅
- Not at all, totally temporary!
- Open the certificate and towards the bottom of the popup that is opened, press "Install Certificate". Another popup should show. Select the "Local Machine" option then click "Next". Then another popup will show. On this one, select "Place all certificates in the following store", then press "Browse". Another popup will show. On this one, select the "Trusted People" directory. Press "OK". Then in the popup that had "Browse", press "Next", and then finally "Finish"! That is the process. @H5820121
If you're wondering, the certificate is listed as an additional download on the releases page. It'll have a name something like "ModernFlyouts.Package_0.9.8113.0_x86_x64_arm64.cer" or something depending on the release.
at least compared to Chrome.
Thanks for the response! Do you mean in terms of the use of the CPU, which is what I mainly meant, if it is suitable for working with a battery? By the way, is there any option for an Acrylic or Mica effect?

It consumes less than 1% of my CPU according to Process Explorer, so I think it's suitable enough.

Not currently, but it may be added one day? It depends on whether v11 ever releases or not.
