Steps to reproduce

Just using my pc for a while causes the problem to happen, not sure what exactly is the cause...

✔️ Expected Behavior

The media preview to not freeze, and media keys to work

❌ Actual Behavior

After a while, the media preview freezes, but the media keys on my keyboard and in the preview still work to rewind/pause/skip media. Then after a while, the media keys (both keyboard and on the preview) stop working too. The volume slider still works though. As you can see, the media preview doesn't display the correct song

Sometimes I try fixing it by rebooting my PC. It'll work for a while again, but then it breaks again.
