Steps to reproduce

1. 设置顶栏可见性为“Auto”
2. 调整音量、亮度、插入/覆盖模式或大写锁定唤出软件界面
3. 把鼠标光标放在界面顶部唤出顶栏
4. 把鼠标光标放在软件界面中间，顶栏底部，然后左键单击
5. 静静地观看跳动的顶栏

1. Switch "TopBar visibilaty" to "Auto"
2. Try to activate this software
3. Put your mouse on the top of the UI to activate the TopBar
4. Put you mouse in the middle of the whole UI, at the bottom of the TopBar. Then left-click
5. Enjoy the jumping TopBar

Same here, but after I stabilize it, it never happens to the another full shut down of the application like hard resetting or starting Windows.
