Procedure for finish

Is there a message for reaching the end of the search, or should we just assume it finished if there's no activity after 10 minutes?

Well there were issues with the await functionality in .net, as it wouldn't always await the function, but I switched it out for a different solution in the last release which allowed me to add the confirmation

So should I wait for a confirmation message that it finished? Should I close it and run it again? I’m not sure how to proceed.

Well unfortunately it doesn't matter anymore because the api has become fully deprecated and this program is kind of useless now, it will not find any old annotation files, no matter what you do.
