[BUG] ModManager not detecting various mods

Describe the bug ModManager not detecting various mods, I have sodium and other mods installed, but it does not have an "installed" tag in the menu

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download Sodium
2. Click on "Open ModManager" in mod menu
3. Click on "modmanager.cat" (performance mod tab)
4. See Sodium doesn't have an "installed" tag after its name

Expected behavior There should be an "installed" tag after the name
