Add MDF to ONNX supporting tool page

Would be great to see the MDF/ModECI logo on here: https://onnx.ai/supported-tools.html

Perhaps under Frameworks & Converters, or in a new category at the bottom on Interoperability..?

Need to make sure https://github.com/ModECI/MDF/tree/main/examples/ONNX is up to date.
