[FR] Filter out plugins not currently enabled.

I want to group plugins for lazy loading and would find it more convenient if I could select only from those being enabled. Thanks.

In general, it would be useful to see the current enabled status of each plugin in the plugin list on this app's settings page.

I'm trying to make a Disabled group to track what plugins I'm currently testing and keeping disabled, but it requires that I scroll through my entire list to find each plugin that's disabled and add it manaully. Would be fast if there was a little enabled indicator in the Plugin Groups.
