Add screensaver

Any screen based on phosphors stands a good chance of burning an image in (MDA = hours, CGA = days). Museums and festivals may have these systems on 24/7 for a few days, so we shouldn't ruin their monitors. We should implement a screensaver. Could do one of these:

  • Implement via TOTINPUT idle events
  • Ignore TOT completely and set up our own 1Ch handler that can set "do_screensave" after # ticks go by
