Power-user ability: Dump me in the cache dir

A power user should have the ability to chdir to the cache directory for a title and then exit the TDL. Useful if the user wants to manually examine or perform operations on files in the cache (like, edit a batch file, delete the config file or high scores, etc.).

Tentative UX element to invoke this would be shift-enter.
