file_id.diz processing

Add file_id.diz detection to the indexer, and set flag based on whether a title has one. Then in the launcher, indicate there is additional info per title using "i" and allow the user to view just the file_id.diz.

Will have to extract just file_id.diz to cache so that entire file isn't unpacked just to read file_id.diz.
