Better help system with multiple pages

Help screen is currently a single screen with built-in word-wrap, with a special condensed screen for 40-col mode. We are going to need a better help system because the list of UX commands is rapidly growing beyond a single 80x25 screen.

Cheap, dumb way to do this while preserving existing word-wrap code is to just display (More...) for as many pages as we have. Explore TOT demo code and possibly SWAG for a more reasonable approach (hypertext or norton-guides viewer?).
