Unusable Blocks in Blockly

In Blockly there is a subroutine block that allows to pass an argument which is not possible in Aseba. Can this block be removed? Also, both versions of the subroutine blocks allow a return value, also not possible, please remove this also. As a consequence, users can incorporate the block in their code but no corresponding code is generated.

I have no idea how blockly works at all - i can try to look at it....
