New tag custom class

The tags are very useful, thanks !

New tag = tag value entered by user that is not in the current data set.

I would like to make some suggestions:

• optionaly show new entered tag in the options list
• identify new tags with class, or perhaps a custom template? -> need something to style the new tags
• don’t allow new tags to be entered if the value is available in the current data set.

Ow one more, for the input when using taggable:

• custom styling for input element
