One of the issue we had was the difference (if any) of a virtual station and a parking geofencing zone.

One of the issue we had was the difference (if any) of a virtual station and a parking geofencing zone.

The only rule defined in geofencing_zones.json related to parking is station_parking which is used to indicate if parking at a station (either physical or virtual) is required. Currently there are no other parking related rules that you can apply to a geofence zone so I would say a "parking geofencing zone" doesn't exist.
